What's happening?While there's still something wrong with stelanmancers importing new blood, a new batch of blood has finally been grown to replenish the stock. Most of the vampires are still in torpor, but for those that are awake and able to make it to Mafaton, the Council will distributing it free of charge tomorrow evening.
